Cake Batter Cocktail

Happy Friday!!!


Remember when I confessed to buying ridiculous amounts of alcohol only to have it sit in the cabby because I have no idea what else to do with it? Yea, this is one of those concoctions. And it’s de.lic.ious!

As I leave reality for a glorious 3-day weekend in Telara, Stormwind, and/or Sunset Valley, I bring you a sprinkle-coated, pink-tinted boozy offering. Fair warning: This cocktail is going to turn you into an excitable child for about 20 minutes so make sure you hand your car keys to the nearest adult or canine.

Okay, on to the good stuff!

Cake Batter Cocktail
Serves 1; Adapted from Jessica

1 jigger Absolut Vanilla
1 jigger Disaronno
1 jigger white/clear creme de cacao
1 jigger Godiva White Chocolate liqueur
1 pony Rosie’s Grenadine
1 tablespoon Caro syrup (light)

Place sprinkles on a small plate or ramekin. Set aside.
Place Caro syrup on a small plate or ramekin. Take your martini glass and briefly swing the edge through the Caro syrup.

Tip: too much syrup on the rim will make the sprinkles slide down the side of the glass. Tasty, but not pretty.

Take the freshly rimmed martini glass and place it in the sprinkle dish. Set it there until you’re done mixing the drink.


Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice.


Add the vodka.


And the Disaronno.


And the Godiva.


And the cacao.


And the grenadine.


Cap the shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into the sprinkle-rimmed martini glass and enjoy!
